What can I do with Tickets once they're Reserved (Held or Taken)?

Once you have Reserved Tickets for someone, you can do a few different things with those Tickets.

Held Tickets - Available Actions

Edit the Hold)  This allows you to edit the Time that the Hold would expire and automatically release the inventory back as available.

Sell the Tickets)  This allows you to Sell the specific Tickets to the person who you are holding the tickets for.

Take the Tickets)  This allows you to transfer the Hold into a Take, which would never allow the tickets to automatically release back as available.

Release the Tickets)  This allows you to release the Tickets back into your inventory as available.

Held Tickets - Views you can perform Actions

Held View)  Click on the Held View and the Action Button (+) for the Hold you would like to perform an action.

Inventory View)  Click on the Ticket Group that has Tickets being Held, and you will be able to view the Hold Details and perform an action using the Action Button (+).

Taken Tickets - Available Actions

Sell the Tickets)  This allows you to Sell the specific Tickets to the person who you are taking the tickets for.

Release the Tickets)  This allows you to release the Tickets back into your inventory as available.

Taken Tickets - Views you can perform Actions

Held View)  Click on the Taken View and the Action Button (+) for the Take you would like to perform an action.
