Ok, I'm beyond frustrated with all of these fatal errors. Can anyone help?

The error seems to be a Zend Timeout but i have no clue. Any help on what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
A timeout error is caused by the API not responding. It isn't a fault of the PHP Library.
Yeah that's what i was afraid of. The problem is that i'm getting this error consistently and we aren't sure if we can continue with the API.
Anyone else figure out how to help negate this problem? DB caching? We had a thought that we could set the DB to update info from the API every so often and then our page display pulls from the DB rather than hitting the API hundreds of times.
Anyone implement this type of setup yet?
Also wanted to mention that the fatal error only seems to occur for NFL events. Very weird. Any clues?
Ok I think i figured out the bug.
Seems that any event that contains tickets submitted under my broker ID gets the Fatal Error. I know this isn't a PHP Library issue, but does anyone have a suggestion as to how we get Ticket Evo to fix this?

We just switched over to the Elastic cloud for unlimited scalability. We are wrapping up the bulk of the performance enhancements and will be deploying them by the end of this weekend. You should not see these issues after that.
