When we insert data into our data base using your Api,then first we need to check all data that is already exist in our database. Is there is any function is avilable by using that we can resume our insertion process from that point where that script is halted or stoped.

I'm not exactly sure what it is you are asking, but if I understand it correctly you are wanting to build and update a local cache of things like performers, events, and venues.
If I am correct then after you first populate your tables you want to record the timestamp of when you completed. Then on subsequent updates you want to specify to retrieve items updated since your last run. To do so you simply pass the 'updated_at.gte=YOUR_TIMESTAMP_IN_ISO_8601_FORMAT'
