I'm start using the API, I got the signature using the online tool you provide on the documentation, included on my script along with the token but I keep getting {"error":"Unauthorized"} error... I'm using now the sandbox api...

I’m afraid we’re going to need some more information/same code on order to try and help you.
I can tell you that 99.999% of problems with getting 401 Unauthorized response is because the generated X-Signature is incorrect.
I use the signature tool you guys suggest in http://api.ticketevolution.com/signature so no idea what could be wrong on it... any special information you want me to attach here...?

Information that would help troubleshoot your issue:
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by ”…included on my script along with the token…”.
Additionally, if you can post the entire header of you API call that is erroring that would be best.
Also, what language are developing in?

Have you looked at the free open source PHP LIbrary I wrote? It handles everything for you, including the creation of the X-Signature.
I did look at that... very good and very clean... is a very nice piece of code... but I have a problem using that... unfortunately I cant use zendframework.. So maybe I'm doing something wrong and maybe you can show me in a very short php curl example how to do the call... I would appeciate that. Thanks
I did some digging and I think you may actually be in the .001% of the problems that isn't related to the X-Signature. One of the Ticket Evolution engineers is looking in to it for you.
In the meantime, try your calls using the Production API (make sure to update your X-Signatures accordingly) and see if that works.

To get your officeId go to http://exchange.ticketevolution.com/brokerage/offices and look at the URL when you hover over the Edit button next to the office you wish to use the API as. It will look like http://exchange.ticketevolution.com/brokerage/offices/223/edit where 223 is the officeId.
You don't enter the X-Signature anywhere because that gets generated specifically for every request.
If my previous hunch is correct, you will still only be able to use the Production API URL until the engineers get your account working properly in the Sandbox.

It looks like you're using PHP 5.2 which doesn't support the anonymous function used on that line.
If upgrading to 5.3 (which has been out for over 2 years) isn't an option you may want to check out a change to that file that someone else worked on: http://ticketevolution.zendesk.com/entries/20260316-great-tickets-api-401-error
