If the Ticket Evolution Icon has disappeared from your system tray, you can perform the following steps in order to restore the icon and launch the configuration manager.
Please note a simple restart of your computer should resolve this issue but you can read further if this is not an option.
Step1: Launch your Windows "Task Manager"
Right click in any open space on your windows Task Bar" and then select "Task Manager".
Step 2: Locate the Ticket Evolution Process
In the "Processes" Tab click on the column header "Image Name" to sort alphabetically and then locate the "TicketEvolution.Forms.exe" process. Please note there should also be another process called "TicketEvolution.Service.exe" in this list which you should not touch.
If you do not see the "TicketEvolution.Forms.exe" process then please skip to Step 4.
Step 3: Kill the "TicketEvolution.Forms.exe" Process
Click on the "TicketEvolution.Forms.exe" and the click "End Process".
You will then be prompted "Do you want to end "TicketEvolution.Forms.exe"? Click "End Process" again.
Step 4: Launch the Auto-Uploader Application Again
Click on your Windows Start Menu -> All Programs -> Ticket Evolution -> AutoUpload Manager
The icon should now be back in your system tray and you should be able to open the "Configuration Manager".
